RoughNeX LoL Cup Summary Part Two The time has come to summarize the playoffs from the RoughNeX LoL Cup! So which teams did go through in the end? Did you not read the group stage summary? Well please read back on it here before reading this but I can tell you the eight teams that did reach the playoffs were none other than, RoughNeX.LoL, Eternity Gaming, FeW GamerS, FLYtoHIGH, RCTIC eSports, Shiddy Walls, myRevenge.BG and Insert Team Name Here. Which of these teams would prove to be the winner? Well read bellow and you will soon find out! In the quarterfinals the winner of group 1 Insert Team Name Here had to face the Polish team Eternity Gaming who came second in group 4. ITNH came out undefeated from their group even though many thought they wouldn’t even reach the playoffs. Eternity Gaming proved why they are said to be one of the very best teams in the East by defeating ITNH and making their road in the playoffs very short. The second quarterfinal was between two teams who were relatively new but has grown a lot as teams and had a lot of success this past month. The probably best Czech Republic team FLYtoHIGH and forever high placed Go4LoL team Shiddy Walls would duke it out to get to the semifinals. F2H, who the day after the RNX LoL Cup got to the Cross Realm Poland Qualifiers and played against Curse.EU, eventually lost the match and Shiddy Walls went through to face Eternity Gaming in the upcoming semifinal. Another Cross Realm Poland Qualifiers team, FeW GamerS, later on got the chance to play against Bulgaria’s finest myRevenge.BG. The match was a very tight one until FeW managed to get the upper hand with a two well won dragons and eventually pushed myR all the way back to their base. myR still struggled heroically but later on called the gg. The last match in the quarterfinals was between the two Nordic teams RoughNeX.LoL and RCTIC eSports. A very good match up with Sweden and Finland always being very competitive against each other when it comes to sport. Sweden and RoughNeX.LoL dominated from the very start however and RNX played one of their best games I’ve seen in months and left the previous undefeated finish team RCTIC no chance who could do nothing but to see the rest of the tournament from the sidelines. After these short but explosive best of one quarterfinals it was time for the best of three semifinals. Eternity Gaming went up against Shiddy Walls while RoughNeX.LoL went toe to toe with FeW GamerS who they had previously lost a very big defeat against in the group stages. Eternity once again took out a team from group 1 and yet again in a very dominating fashion. It seemed no one could even get close to defeating Eternity this day and Shiddy Walls were quickly sent to the match for 3rd place after a 2-0 defeat. On the other side of the bracket RoughNeX.LoL were very eager to get revenge on FeW GamerS after their humiliating defeat from the group stages. RNX put on their ownage shoes for this semifinal however and crushed FeW GamerS just as hard as they crushed RNX in the group stages. Game two FeW sadly enough for a dc 15 minutes into the game and they never got close to taking the win from RNX after that. Now what everyone had waited for was about to start, the final. Two teams who both finished second in their groups but hadn’t lost a map in the playoffs were about to go to war. RoughNeX.LoL started off the best and showed Eternity Gaming was mortal and could lose a map. A lot of trash talk between the two teams was being made as both teams confidence level were really high and Eternity came back strong. Game two was very even until the mid game where Eternity turned the tides in their favor and made it 1-1 in games and also broke RNX winning streak in the playoffs. Everyone was ready for the final game that would crown the winner of the first installment of the RoughNeX League of Legends Cup. Eternity started off just like they ended the second game and had RoughNeX pushed back from the very start. After successful ganks from the Eternity team and dragon wins the game more and more went for their favor but RoughNeX eventually started getting into the game winning dragon fights and teamfights getting back on equal grounds. Eternity Gaming won in the end however after a well play baron fight and pushed back into the nexus and crushed it. The match for 3rd place became a walkover in favor to FeW GamerS as Shiddy Walls could not play during the rest of the week.
